Данная фотография сделана в первый день нового года, когда город только начинает просыпаться от праздника.  В этот момент падал небольшой снег и всего несколько прохожих в самом центре Киева (а это начало улицы Б. Васильковская, что рядом с Крещатиком), не спеша прогуливаются по тихому сонному городу.  Из-за  облачной дымки проглядывается мягкое зимнее солнце.
